Terms & Conditions

All bookings for the Seahorse Penthouse are subject to the following conditions:

Booking Deposit

25% of the total amount is required as a deposit to secure your booking

Balance of Booking

The remaining balance is payable at least 60 days prior to your arrival date

Damage Deposit

We ask for a damage deposit of €350, payable with your main booking payment. The damage deposit is returned after your departure once the inventory and apartment are checked

Payments

All payments are in Euros(€) by direct bank transfer to our account at HSBC Malta. Payment details will be provided by email

We have found the most straightforward and cost effective means of transferring foreign currency is to use Transferwise – they even have an “App”. You are welcome to use other foreign transfer methods if you prefer.

Cancellation terms

Your holiday can be cancelled at any time by email and will be effective on being received by us. A cancellation will lead to the loss of any deposit paid. Once the full balance is paid, refund due will be:

More than 4 weeks before the arrival date – 50% of total cost of reservation
Less than 4 weeks before the arrival date – no refund
